The Legends of the Sea theme immediately set the tone, transforming the venue into an immersive underwater world. Blue-toned lighting washed over the space, creating the feeling of being beneath the surface, while elevated ocean-inspired attire brought the environment to life before the event even began.

Guests embraced the theme in full - deep blues, sea greens, and flowing textures filled the room, complemented by oceanic accessories that gave the evening a refined, gala-worthy aesthetic.

Cocktail Hour: An Interactive Ocean Experience

The evening began downstairs with a cocktail hour that blended design, entertainment, and interaction into one cohesive experience.

Guests explored immersive moments from Reality Break Escapes while enjoying catering from Foodz Catering, whose menu carried subtle ocean-inspired elements throughout.

Signature cocktails added a playful, thematic layer to the experience - drinks like “Siren’s Song,” “Drift Away,” “Paper Crane,” and “Deep Sea Brew” gave familiar favorites a creative twist.

The environment itself was carefully constructed by PJ Hummel & Co., with atmospheric lighting from Bellevue Lighting casting underwater tones across the room. Live performers from CircusWerks—including sea-inspired characters like jellyfish, crabs, and lobsters—moved through the crowd, while playing underwater whale sounds turning the space into a living, breathing ocean environment.

Branding by Blue Ink tied all elements together, ensuring a cohesive visual identity from entry to experience.

The Awards Program: Honoring the Industry

As guests moved upstairs, the evening transitioned into the main awards program - an elevated, focused celebration of the Pacific Northwest events community.

Production by Blue Danube Productions ensured a seamless experience from start to finish, allowing each award and presentation to take center stage without interruption.

Hosted by Orion Entertainment, the program recognized standout events and the teams behind them.
