Step into the shoes of your fellow event professionals at ILEA Seattle's January meeting, an Olympics-style team challenge that offers a unique opportunity to learn, empathize, and experience the skills required across our industry. Taking place on January 23rd at the vibrant new event space adjacent to the Kimpton Palladian, this interactive evening will feature hands-on challenges led by our expert Challenge Sponsors—Cort Party Rental, BBJ La Tavola, Orion Entertainment, Foodz Catering, Bellevue Lighting, and Perk Events. Collaborate with your assigned teammates and peers, test your abilities in unfamiliar roles, and gain fresh insights while enjoying great company, food, and drinks. Timeline:

• 5:30 – 6:00 arrival and team assignments + explanation of challenges and structure

• 6:00 – 7:30 – rotate through challenge stations (5 min explanation + 10 min challenge + 5 min reset per station)

• 7:30 – 8:30 – dinner…
